Shipping

Where do you ship from?
Orders ship from our fulfillment centers in Charlotte, NC, and Dallas, TX. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently only ship within the United States.

Sizing

How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size guide with measurements in inches. When you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or sizing down for a more fitted feel.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached. Email charles@darkmileco.com with your order number to start a return.

How do exchanges work?
Return your original item, and once it's accepted, place a new order for the item you want — that's the fastest way to get the right size or color.

How long do refunds take?
Once we've received and inspected your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Order Status

Where's my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If it's been more than 5 business days and you haven't heard from us, check your spam folder, then email charles@darkmileco.com and we'll look into it.
